Diddy Accused of Dangling Woman Over Balcony, Facing New $10 Million Lawsuit
He's also been accused of sexual battery.
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with another lawsuit, this time for a $10 million sexual battery suit in Los Angeles.
On Wednesday, a jury-seeking complaint was filed in L.A.’s Superior Court jury about his latest case.
“On or about September 26. 2016, Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs sexually battered Ms. Bryana 'Bana’ Bongolan, dangled her off of a 17-story-high balcony and then slammed her into the patio furniture on the balcony,” the complaint alleges.
“His outrageous and abhorrent conduct violated Ms. Bongolan’s fundamental dignity, bodily autonomy, and sense of safety,” the file continues before going into detail about the alleged attack that happened in the apartment of Cassie Ventura, Diddy's then girlfriend.
"This event was the culmination of a series of threats, intimidation, and violence that colored many of Ms. Bongolan’s interactions with Mr. Combs from the day she met him,” the complaint says.
The allegations from Bongolan are similar to the claims that were made by Ventura in the lawsuit that she settled with Combs in November 2023.
Diddy, through his team, has already pushed back on the lawsuit’s claims in a statement.
"As we have shared previously, anyone has the right to file a lawsuit, regardless of the evidence they may or may not have," his legal team said. "Since last year, Ms. Bongolan has expressed an intention to sue Mr. Combs and has sought legal representation to pursue her claims."
This is the latest bad news for Diddy in amid his ongoing legal saga. Earlier this week, his request for bail was denied for a third time based on his inability to abide by restrictions including conducting three way phone calls and using the phone access code of other inmates.
Judge Arun Subramanian also mentioned "evidence supporting a serious risk of witness tampering" that contributed to his decision. The music mogul has been accused of sending text messages to a witness, an escort who received a grand jury subpoena due to their alleged participation in several so-called "freak-offs."
