Our offices are situated in Historic downtown Troutdale, but we service the entire East Metro Area. Many of our patients live in Gresham, Sandy, Fairview and Damascus. We have been serving in Troutdale and east county since 1986. We are in the old Helmings Confectionary Building on Columbia River Highway. We are just off Interstate 84 and an easy drive from Fairview or Gresham. Our staff enjoy working and spending time in nature. Springwater Trail, a hiking and biking trail, runs from Portland out to Gresham. There are biking trails that continue as part of a loop into Troutdale and Fairview. Mt. Hood is a short drive away with many trails for hiking in the spring and summer and excellent cross country and downhill skiing in the winter. We believe that good health requires exercise as well as good nutrition. While we do not endorse any specific health clubs, we encourage people to develop an exercise plan that will be used year round.
